Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Evaluations
We provide comprehensive AAC Evaluations to speaking and non-speaking individuals. At Horizons, we believe in a collaborative approach. In addition to private evaluations, we work directly with schools and collaborate with the treating Speech Language Pathologist to build a comprehensive and effective communication plan.
Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Consulting
We provide AAC consulting to support Speech Language Pathologists working with AAC device users. Horizons will provide support with access points, language software, device implementation and programming.
Training Courses
We offer training courses for Speech Language Pathologists ranging from AAC Devices 101 to How to Fund an AAC Device Through Insurance
